The course presents a complete program based on a single 90 minute therapy session, which has proved to be the most successful arrangement. These methods have been developed and practiced at Hypnotherapy South West over the last ten years.
The 90 minute session starts off with a pre therapy counselling session where information is gathered, and then there are seven individual Hypnotherapy based techniques used to help your clients approach their eating habits in a new way.
There are 10 lessons and every step of the 90 minute session is presented in a comprehensive and easy to understand format.
